How to know if your group of friends is a successful squad

First, I will tell you, that successful squads are very very hard to find. This is a unique combination of skills and knowledge of all the group members. Usually, every man tends to understand that his group of friends can be a successful one, the word for that is "no." Squads can be misunderstood by a group of ordinary people, but no no, it is a slightly different story.  You can put as easy as this, only 2 of 100 individuals can call itself entirely successful. The world's population is close to 7 billion people. That means that only 140,000,000 are successful, and the 40% of that number is a member of a successful squad.

 Urban Dictionary defines "Squad" as an informal group of individuals with a common identity and sense of solidarity. These unique and different people tend to have some similarities, but the great about humans is that anyone is exactly like you or someone else, That makes every squad unique. If skills and habits are combined in harmony, this will make that perfect and unique form of success.

Now that we now what exactly is a squad, you need to start looking for those who have similar goals as you. For example, if your goal is to become a bodybuilder, you have to start going to the gym and try to make some friends while you lift some dumbbells. This strategy is the most simple way to start building your squad if the case is that you do not have any friends, but if you already have what you believe can be a successful squad, you will need all of them in harmony, to work as supporters one from another. It is not an easy task in any form. People tend to have many issues making their friend to believe in them. At first, I will tell you that probably they will not believe in your ideas and if they do, they will try to change them based on their perspective of it. It is the moment where you listen, you do not have to believe in anything of what they are saying, but you listen, because all information is useful if it is well filtered. Take the ideas that you can use and throw what's lefts to the garbage. Remember you do not own anything to anyone by doing this, listening and learning at this point is free.

Now we can start to understand who is with us and who is not. Usually, it takes no time to feel the presence of those who are not our friends. This is people who tend to be jealous of you having an idea or because you are pursuing a goal. They will try to make you feel bad about what you are doing, the work and time put on it or the results that you have by acting on them. It usually happens when people don't have ideas on their own, or they have them and never do anything to make them come to reality. That feeling of watching you doing what they haven't done ever kills them from inside.


"Never listen to naysayers."


You have to let this type of person go from your life; naysayers are the most dangerous thing in the world. They will make all the effort to make you feel that you are wrong, that is not possible what you are doing. Be smart, keep doing your thing and go away from them.

So what now?, Well is pretty simple, you stick with those who work for themselves, the ones that believe in their inner voice, people that no matter what happens will support you and will be honest with you, even if that means that the truth will hurt your feelings.


Work hard as a team, never hurt anybody to make yourself feel better and I promise you that if you and your squad follows your dreams and support each other on each one of them, you will become a successful squad.
